How ZoFlowX built bulletproof email infrastructure that protects brand reputation while maximizing inbox placement
MB Logistics required a professional email marketing setup that would allow them to send campaigns and automations without ruining the reputation of their brand. Their priority has been simply: emails need to be delivered to inboxes, not to spam folders.
Prior to proper setup, MB Logistics was sitting on a time bomb. They wanted to get into email marketing but their infrastructure wasn't ready.
Here's what was missing:
Sending emails without addressing these issues beforehand would have damaged their brand. Once a domain is flagged as spam, it is very hard to recover.
Our aim was to have a bulletproof basis for email sending before a single sending went out. We needed to establish a clean sending domain that would be trusted and which they could be confident would have high deliverability from day one and that would provide the infrastructure for scaling the system safely as their email marketing grew.
This wasn't about getting things done fast - sending emails - it was about doing it right the first time so their brand continues to be protected and their messages actually make it through to people.
We focused on infrastructure first, campaigns later. This is where most businesses get it wrong - as they rush to start sending without building up the foundation. Here's what we built:
Instead of using their primary domain (thembinc.co), we had created a dedicated sending sub domain (send.thembinc.co). This protected their main domain reputation but provided them with a clean and professional sending address. If anything ever goes wrong with campaigns, their core business domain is safe.
DomainKeys Identified Mail ensures message integrity and it also proves that emails haven't been tampered with in transit. This cryptographic signature tells email providers the message is legitimate.
Sender Policy Framework allows certain servers to send email in the domain name's name. This prevents unauthorized servers from sending emails pretending to be from your domain.
Domain-based Message Authentication provides the monitoring, reporting and control over policy to avoid spoofing of the domain. It tells receiving servers what to do with emails that fail authentication.
We combined things appropriately throughout their whole email ecosystem: verified sending domain in Zoho Campaigns, took Google Workspace account settings to use, coordinated DNS records on hosting provider, and tested deliverability before being live.
We didn't just put up a campaign tool. We developed email deliverability as a key business asset.
Key differences in our approach:
The result is an email system that is both protected for their brand and maximises inbox placement.
MB Logistics now has a professional email infrastructure that most companies their size do not have.
MB Logistics can now send campaigns with confidence knowing their emails will land in inboxes and their brand will always be protected.
MB Logistics found that doing email marketing right means building the foundation first. Too many businesses get in a hurry to send campaigns and hurt their sender reputation forever. If you're thinking about starting email marketing, don't do that.
