How ZoFlowX built an intelligent chatbot that captures and qualifies leads around the clock
Camp Monk is a travel and camping experience brand who are getting high intent traffic to their website. Visitors were landing on their site ready to book but there was no system in place to capture and qualify that interest in real time.
They needed a way to engage visitors at instant speed, answer questions automatically and identify serious buyers - without overwhelming their sales team.
Camp Monk had a traffic problem - not too little, but too much to deal with manually. Their website was bringing in interested travelers, but leads were falling through the cracks.
Every conversation lost was a potential booking lost to some competitor. They needed a system that could engage visitors immediately, qualify their intent and only pull-in humans when it mattered.
Our objective was to make their website a lead generation machine that operates 24/7. We had to engage visitors immediately with an AI chatbot that could automatically answer repetitive questions, identify serious buyers based on their answers, and forward hot leads to the sales team in real-time through live chat automation.
This wasn't about replacing humans - it was about ensuring humans only spent time on conversations that really did matter.
We developed the chatbot as a digital sales rep, and not a generic support chat widget. Every conversation was aimed at qualifying intent and moving serious buyers to booking. Here's what we built:
Package information - Chatbot tells you about different camping experiences & what's included. Pricing details - Offers transparent pricing according to the size of the group and dates. Availability checks - Provides availability at real-time for specific dates. Booking intent capture - Detects when someone is ready to book and gets their details.
All website visitors are not equal. We constructed intent-based questions into the conversation to differentiate browsers from buyers: Travel dates (firm vs flexible), Group size (booked or planning), Budget clarity, and Urgency. Based on responses, the chatbot identifies leads as hot, warm, or cold.
When the chatbot determines high intent - firm dates, confirmed group size, ready to book - it immediately sends the conversation to a human sales rep. All lead data collected throughout the course of the conversation automatically syncs to Zoho CRM so the sales team has complete context before they even say hi.
